Services Custom Software Development Theta Music Technologies offers a wide range of custom software in the following three areas: Music Distribution Systems We have developed services for downloading ringtones and other digital music for major wireless carriers including AT&T Wireless, Verizon, Vodafone, E-Plus, KPN, Bouygues, WIND and Telefonica. We have also built databases and tools for managing large catalogs of digital music files. Our expertise with multiple languages and cultures allows us to offer a complete turn-key solution for ringtone providers looking to expand into new markets. Mobile Music Tools Our conversion tools can automatically convert songs in MIDI format into the major polyphonic ringtone formats, including SMAF, MFi, and CMX. We have also made several custom tools for editing digital music files. These tools are currently licensed by several leading ringtone production/distribution companies in Japan and Europe. Music Applications A major part of our business involves custom development of music applications. We have particular experience in creating applications for mobile platforms, including ringtone mixers and composition programs, as well as jukebox players and music-based games. We also focus on music education software, and have developed applications for learning subjects such as music theory, music history and chord fingerings for guitar. Music Media Watch Newsletter In addition to our software development services, we also offer a free twice-monthly email newsletter called Music Media Watch, which covers developments in digital music technology. The newsletter has a strong emphasis on mobile music, and features commentary on the latest digital music news from Japan, the current world leader in mobile music technology.
