| 1. Yamaha Ringtone Services Our ringtone distribution system powers several of Yamaha's ringtone services across the globe. The system features a contents engine for real-time management of the services, and provides detailed statistics and reports. A variety of technologies are supported, including i-mode, WAP, Java and BREW. |

| 2. Theta Converter We have developed a MIDI-to-Ringtone Converter application that converts a single MIDI file into a set of ringtone files for various handsets. The application supports all of the major ringtone formats, including SMAF MFi and CMX. |

| 3. Sound Customizer The Sound Customizer allows techno music fans to remix and customize their favorite ringtones with new instruments, volumes, tempos and keys. The finished arrangements can then be stored on the user's phone. |

| 4. Jakajan This "guitar tutor" application displays the chords and fingering diagrams for popular songs as they play on the phone. Songs in Jakajan are divided into two levels of difficulty, beginner and intermediate. The application also features a guitar tuner and song search capability. |

| 5. Organito Developed for Yamaha's Music Box ringtone service, Organito can be used to create original music box melodies. Harmony lines are added automatically to create an authentic music box sound. |

| 6. La La Radi One of the first mobile jukebox applications in the world, La La Radi is a mobile music player that provides artist information and a weekly quiz for Japanese pop music fans. |
